Select Multiple States

The Multi link provides a quick, easy way for you to select multiple states/provinces or geographical regions for the State or City, State field located in the Origin/Destination sections. The state/provinces are grouped by Landstar's sales regions and by Canadian provinces. The selections you make display on the Search Available Loads screen as search criteria. You have access to the region information to which you are authorized.

What can you do in the Multi drop-down?

Once you click the Multi link, you can select or deselect the Landstar Regions you want to select as your search criteria.

Select a region	Click the in front of the region heading to select all the states in a specific group. For example, clicking in the box in front of Southwest, selects all the boxes for the different states listed below: Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Geographic regions are selected in the same manner.
Deselect a region	Click the in the region heading to remove this region from the search information by removing the check mark. If you change your mind, click again and replace the check mark.
Select a state/province	Click the in front of the region to display all the states in a specific group of states/provinces. to place a check mark in the box. Then, click the in front of the state you want to place a check mark in the box. For example, clicking the in front West displays all the boxes for the states in that region.
Deselect a state/province	Click the to remove this state/province from the search information by removing the check mark. If you change your mind, click again and replace the check mark.
Add selected states/provinces to the search criteria	Click anywhere outside of the State or City, State field, once you make your selections. The Available Loads Search screen with the selected states/provinces displays in the field you accessed the Multi link for.
Remove all check marks	Click the Clear link below the State or City, State field to remove all your selections.
Clear all selections on the page	Click the Clear button to the left of the screen to remove your selection criteria for the State or City, State field and all the search criteria on the Available Loads Search screen. The Available Loads Search screen displays the default selections.
