What is a "challenge phrase"?

The challenge phrase is a term with which we can identify you when you call in for assistance. For example, use your mother's maiden name, your city of birth, a pet's name, etc.

If you have forgotten your password, we will ask you for your "challenge phrase" before we give it to you. If you don't know it, your password will be mailed to you by US Mail.
