Saved Search List

The Saved Search List screen combines the Load Alerts, Reload Opportunities, and Available Loads Search options in order to give you greater access to the available loads that meet your search criteria. You have access to the Load Alerts and Saved Search Criteria information to which you are authorized.

 

The Saved Search List screen opens from:

LandstarCarriers.com > My Freight tab on Menu bar > Mange Load Alerts link > Click the List button

What can you do from the Saved Search List screen?

The information in the table below is instructions on how to sort and filter the search list, to disable or enable Load Alerts for items on your list, and to select or deselect Reload Preferences for a specific Saved Search. View the Available Loads that meet specific search criteria

Click the Search link located in the row of a Saved Search for which you want to view current available loads. The Available Loads Results screen displays the available loads that meet your Saved Search criteria.

Filter the Saved Search List results

Click the filter button located next to the column heading of your choice. The filter options for your selection display.

Sort column information Click any column heading to display an up arrow , which indicates the column is sorted in ascending order (abc, 123). Click the column heading again to display a down arrow , which indicates the column is sorted in descending order (cba, 321).
Navigate to different pages

Click the navigation buttons to move from one page of results to another.

Refresh your Saved Search List

Click the refresh button to display your most recent Saved Searches.

Return to the Available Loads Search screen

Click the Return to Search button to return to the Available Loads Search screen.

 

Select/deselect Saved Search Criteria options

Click the for the Saved Search Criteria option you wish to mark as your default search. The columns with selection options are: Default, Enable (load alerts), and Reload Preferences (reload alerts). Note: You can have a maximum of three load alerts and one Reload Preference enabled from your Saved Search list. You are returned to the Available Loads Search screen and an error message displays, instructing you to correct the errors before you can proceed with your selection.

Click the for the Saved Search criteria option you wish to remove. If you change your mind, select the check box again and replace the check mark.

Note: If the Saved Search criteria you select has an error, the Available Loads Search screen displays with an error message at the top of the screen. You must make the appropriate corrections to the selected search and then save the updated criteria.

View the Saved Search Criteria you created

Click the in front of the Created by me field to view a list of the Saved Searches you created. Click the to view all other search criteria. The Created by me check box is selected by default.

View your Alert History

Click the History link to display the Load Alerts History screen, which contains the status of the alerts the system has sent to you.
